Our Mission
At Indian River Copper, our mission is simple: We produce a high quality product that will provide lasting protection for your pilings and beauty to your dock.
We updated the classic copper cap by applying Computer Numerical Control (CNC) fabrication techniques to produce a copper piling cap that can adapt to variations in piling diameter, is easy to install and looks great.
Why use copper piling caps?
Uncovered pilings and posts will eventually rot from the inside out. This is caused by water pooling on the top of the piling over a period of many years. The marine environment is harsh and even pressure treated pilings and posts will fail if they are not covered in some manner.
Plastic piling covers have a life span of 8 -10 years. They tend to fit poorly as they cannot adapt to any variation in the piling diameter or roundness. They will eventually crack and fade and have to be replaced.
Indian River Copper caps will last a lifetime and provide a perfectly fitting, beautiful addition to your dock.
